All drinks include cups, ice and other condiments and will be served only during the meal. Additional charge of $2.00 per person for drinks before and after meal
All salads, sides, meats & desserts will be charged or discounted depending on the exchanged of menu items or additions to menus.

All meals will be served buffet style. All food will be prepared off site. Or we can bring our Texas style Smoker on site with prior notice and cook for you. There will be an extra charge of $150
(Due to terrain or location of sites, cooking on site may not be possible. Additional cost for permits is not coved with this charge. The customer must obtain permission and pay for all permits before their event.)
